Lucy Cavendish College and Ankh Impact Ventures partner to empower women entrepreneurs
New prize will award up to £15,000 in equity investment for entrepreneurial solutions relevant to the UN SDGs.
The Challenge invites students to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams for the chance of winning £1000 towards implementing their vision.
The LucEnt Challenge, sponsored by Cambridge Precision Ltd, invites students of the College to combine their knowledge, skills and experience in a multi-disciplinary team to identify an enterprising solution to a challenge relevant to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
The Challenge launches today, in conjunction with the LucEnt Winter Social, with guest speaker Abhi Naha, Digital Accelerator Director at PwC.
Selected teams will attend the Lucy Enterprise Weekend (8-10 March 2024), where they will explore their proposals in detail, receive mentoring and present their ideas for the opportunity to win up to £1,000 towards implementing their vision.
Entries are now open and welcome until Monday 12 February 2024.
