An Engineer by background trained in Spain Cristina is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Engineering, with 6+ years of experience in flow instabilities and inkjet research. Her research interests span from interfacial and complex flows, visualization techniques and aerodynamics at the milli and microscale to applications such as inkjet printing technologies, robotics to print to shape and scale up of new materials and technologies for sensing, civil and healthcare applications.
Cristina likes to organise and participate in outreach and public engagement activities. She is also very actively engaged with Lucy Cavendish College as part of the Research Associate committee.
